Our 11,000 sqft manufacturing and packaging facility located in Pasadena, TX puts our business in the heart of the Energy/Industrial corridor of the Houston ship channel and minutes from NASA along with all major Houston airfields.

Hydration Coolers
Polar Cooler ™
With industry leading ice retention technology, our coolers offer 1500lbs. of storage capacity that will keep ice for 3-7 days. These coolers are forklift and pallet jack compatible, and were engineered with a our Patent Pending industrial gas spring hinge system providing a truly ergonomic solution for our customers. In addition to the safety and robustness of our cooler, Polar Velocity has pioneered the use of White Coolers to ensure a clear visible spectrum for our customers to identify potential contaminants from field use.
Bagged Ice

Our bagged ice program consists of 10, 20, and 40lbs bagged 1 1/4" tube ice produced from a state-of-the-art water purification system and ice production facility. For all ice storage needs Polar Velocity will outfit you with the appropriate Ice Merchandizer or through the use of a Polar Velocity Cooler.

Polar Velocity has partnered with Ice Merchandizer powerhouse Polar Temp to provide the best-in-class merchandizers to our customers. We will place the appropriate indoor or outdoor unit to satisfy your specific needs. Also our delivery specialists will service your merchandizer on a routine maintenance program to ensure your ice stays ready for use.

We are proud to offer our clients Pelletized Dry Ice for your cooling and blasting needs. Our Polar Cooler has the capacity to hold up to 600lbs. of dry ice, and our service commitment to you is that all dry ice orders are made and shipped same day to minimize loss during transit.

Helping our clients to navigate through today's pandemic challenges Polar Velocity provides next generation support with our POLAR PROTECTION program. Through our EPA registered manufacturing equipment, we produce a cleansing solution used to remove foreign contaminants from equipment, clothes, and tools. Not to worry, our cleansing solution follows all FDA & EPA guidelines and is completely nonhazardous. We service our customers through the use of "Safe Ice" in our Polar Cooler™, our Polar Gate, and our Polar Misting/Fogging programs.
